At Solara, we believe in delivering beauty with care and precision. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your experience is as radiant as our products.

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders promptly. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method and destination. You will be informed of the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Important: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has ended the de minimis tariff exemption for packages valued under $800. All imported goods are now subject to standard duties and taxes, which may affect the total cost of your order. For details, refer to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely in love with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused and unopened products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at social@solara.fashion with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as final sale items or opened skincare products, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Note: State laws may vary. For example, in California, if a return policy is not conspicuously posted, customers are entitled to a refund for goods returned within 30 days. We strive to comply with all applicable state regulations.
