Order Cancellation Policy

At Solara, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may have already entered processing or shipping, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at social@solara.fashion or call +1 (888) 533-5231 with your order number.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the order following our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered.

Note: U.S. federal and state laws do not require sellers to accept cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped. We have adopted this policy to maintain fairness and clarity for both Solara and our customers.
